just decided 2 play around of photoshop (cos i downloaded a trial :3) with my "pro" skills -.-' fail
it's supposed to look like it's burning ._.
and i did not draw the scene it was a screenshot :)

awww poor Itachi became a missing nin just 'cause he followed orders, now Sasuke's life is ruined and Itachi is dead which sucks :(

Yeah...such a sad story :( But it's still my favourite!
Thankyou! Um...the burns were made by just using a paintbrush on Photoshop just a NORMAL paintbrush, not a special "burn" brush or anything :)
Then I just added some browns and a bit of orange around the edges of the black parts to make it look like it was burnt.
